How much are the dues and when is the deadline to submit them?

The yearly dues are $432. Dues are billed out quarterly (on a calendar base) and are due by the end of each quarter. So the first quarter is due by March 31.

 

What do my due go towards?

Maintaining all the common areas in the neighborhood (landscaping, weeding, mowing, snow plowing, etc), limited insurance for the common areas, electricity to common areas, taxes, and road maintenance
